社会主义党最后的上诉

马来西亚社会主义党（Parti Socialis Malaysia）起诉国内事务部的案件将于4月23日在联邦法院听审。社会主义党申请注册政党已有九年之久，然而一再被国内事务部拒绝，当时的部长阿都拉以“危害国家安全”的理由拒绝它的注册。社会主义党在高庭和上诉庭败诉后，联邦法院的判决将是最后的决议。所有关心人民结社自由和政党政治权利的朋友，欢迎出席聆听给予支持。

PSM FINAL LEGAL BATTLE – LEAVE APPLICATION AT THE FEDERAL COURT

After failing to win in the High Court and Appeal's Court, Parti Sosialist Malaysia's next battle would be the leave application at Federal Court. PSM is the first political party to bring the Home Ministry to court for not registering the party. It is now almost nine years that PSM has applied to register as a political party.

The denial to register PSM as a political party is a fundamental violation to our democractic rights as well as Human Rights. These rights are also guaranteed in our Constitution under Article 10.

PSM would be facing its crucial leave application at the Federal Court on the 23th. April 2007 and we would seek your support and solidarity and invite comrades and friends to the below -
